Author Guidelines

The International Journal of Extensive Research (IJER) invites authors to submit original, high-quality research papers, review articles, and case studies. Authors must follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth processing and publication.

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Papers
  • Case Studies
  • Short Communications

2. Manuscript Preparation

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear English

File Format

  • Submit in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format

Font & Layout

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 (text), 14 (headings)
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

3. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title Page
    • Title of the paper
    • Author(s) name(s)
    • Affiliation(s)
    • Corresponding author email
  2. Abstract
    • 150–250 words
    • Brief objectives, methods, results, and conclusion
  3. Keywords
    • 4–6 keywords
  4. Introduction
  5. Literature Review (if applicable)
  6. Methodology
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. References

4. Referencing Style

  • Authors should follow a standard referencing format (APA/IEEE – choose one and keep consistent)
  • All references must be properly cited in the text
  • Avoid incomplete or incorrect citations

5. Figures and Tables

  • Must be clear and properly labeled
  • Number sequentially (Figure 1, Table 1, etc.)
  • Provide captions for all figures and tables

6. Plagiarism Policy

  • Similarity index must be below 15%
  • Proper citation is mandatory
  • Plagiarism will lead to rejection
